Just like PUBG and Fortnite, another hit battle royale title is coming to mobile devices. That’s right, Respawn Entertainment is currently thinking about releasing Apex Legends on Mobile Devices, something which many fans wanted.
Apex Legends had an amazing start. When the game debuted back in February, it managed to attract around 25 million players in its first week. Not only this, but it was reported that more than 50 million players played Apex Legends in its first month. And now, it seems like the developers want to make the game grow further by making it available on other platforms.
Apex Legends Was the Fastest Growing Game For EA
During a recent conference call, EA revealed some interesting details. According to them, Apex Legends was the fastest growing new game for them as it had over 50 million players in its first month. In addition to this, they further revealed that 30% of the people who play Apex Legends are new to EA. This means that the battle royale title proved to be a really big success as it introduced a lot of new players to the world of EA.

Once they release the game on Mobile Devices, Respawn Entertainment can surely expect to see a lot of new players. We have seen that the mobile versions of other battle royale titles such as PUBG and Fortnite were a huge success. Both games performed really well on mobile devices and millions of mobile gamers are playing them every month. However, Respawn will have to make sure that the mobile version is free from any bugs as the PC and console versions are full of them.
EA Committed to Offering Long Term Service
EA also confirmed that they are focused on delivering new content and are committed to offering long term service. However, during the previous month, the developers claimed that they are going to focus more on fixing the game instead of adding new content in it. They even decided to delay the future Titanfall games so they can focus more on Apex Legends. The developers also confirmed that no resources are being shifted from the team working on Apex Legends to other teams.
Fans are now eagerly waiting for Apex Legends to get released on mobile devices. This will give them the opportunity to play the game when they are away from home. However, many players are currently wondering whether the developers will introduce an improved version of the game or not. PC players have been discovering many bugs in the game from time to time, and their gameplay experience is getting ruined because of them.
