Apex Legends fans are currently enjoying the fourth season of the game. The recently introduced season brought a lot of exciting new content to the game, such as new skins, battle pass, and various map changes. In addition to this, it also added a new legend, the Revenant. Since his addition, players have been constantly playing with this evil robot as they just can’t get enough of him. And now, although the new season recently went live, the developers have decided to introduce something more exciting.

Apex Legends New Valentine’s Day Event

Apex players are aware of the fact that developer Respawn has a habit of introducing a new event during a special day. So far, we have enjoyed a Halloween event, a Christmas event, and a few more. Now, Respawn is celebrating Valentine’s Day in their battle royale title through a brand new event. The new event is called Rendezvous and it has introduced some exciting new content. This includes new rewards such as charms and skins.

New Content

The Rendezvous event is now live in the game meaning that players can start celebrating Valentine’s Day in their favorite battle royale game. In the first log-in, you will get rewarded with a brand-new Valentine’s 2020 badge for free. Aside from this, the in-game store has also been updated with some new content. There are some rotating rewards including two new weapon charms and a Pathfinder frame.

In addition to this, Longbow fans can also grab a new skin for their favorite sniper rifle. All of these items can be purchased through Apex Coins. Fans will also be excited to know that the DMR skin “Through the Heart” and the banner “Love of the Game” are going to return to the store. So, anyone who missed them last year can now purchase them at a discounted rate.

Duos Is Back

The best thing about the new Valentine’s Day event is that is has brought the Duos mode back. That’s right, those who have been wanting to play Duos can now jump into it for a limited period of time. The new LTM will be available for as long as the Rendezvous event is live, meaning that you have untiled February 19 to get the most out of it.

Since Apex was released, players have requested Respawn to add Solo and Duos mode to the game. While they are yet to add them permanently, the developers have given players a taste of these both modes by introducing them in the game for a limited period of time. Last year, players got to enjoy the Solo, as well as the Duos mode, for a number of days.

At the moment, it is yet to be revealed when these two modes will become permanent in Apex Legends. Respawn claimed that they are going to see the feedback of both modes and if it is good, then they will consider adding them to their battle royale title.
